Copy of a settlement between Rubabah, daughter of Muhammad Khalil, son of Haj Muhammad from Qazvin and resident of Isfahan, and her aunt, Fatimah Sultan, daughter of the merchant Muhammad Mahdi from Qazvin and resident of Isfahan, who is Rubabah's mother-in-law, exchanging everything that Rubabah owns, including property, money, gold jewelry, copperware, books, furniture, clothes, and dishes for seventy-five grams of sugar candy.

Including 1- a petition by Rahil to Mushir al-Dawlah, regarding the murder of her husband, Haq Nazar, a Jewish doctor in Kurdistan. She claims the murderers were hired by Ishaq, another Jewish doctor; 2- a telegraph from Muhammad Yusuf from Kurdistan to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Tehran, regarding the murder of Haq Nazar by Fattah, son of ‘Abd al-Rahman, Ma‘ruf, and another person -- all Ottoman nationals. To resolve a dispute over a sale contract between Bibi Sakinah, wife of Sayyid Muhammad, and Haji Sayyid Aqa Buzurg, both parties agree to go to the city and see Sayyid Yahya to seek a resolution.

Draft of an agreement between Taji Khanum and Khusraw Khan, 1903
An ageement over a farm in Asadabad. Taji Khanum claims the farm has been seized by Khusraw Khan, but Khusraw Khan denies this claim and says he has bought the farm; both parties have been asked to get a lawyer and prove their claims ten days after signing this draft.

Draft settlement between Taji Khanum and Mu‘tamad al-Sultan Mu‘tasam al-Mamalik, 1903
Includes a draft settlement between Taji Khanum and Mu‘tamad al-Sultan Mu‘tasam al-Mamalik over a property dispute in the presence of Sahib Ikhtiyar, ‘Ali Khan Mirpanjah (the Governor of Asadabad), and a few others. Either side has to act within the next twenty days. The writer verifies the authenticity of the document and a copy of it is held by Haji Sayyid Hadi.

Jewish woman's conversion to Islam, 1901
Includes three telegrams by Muhsin from Savujbulagh regarding a Jewish woman who fled and converted to Islam with the help of a Kurdish Muslim; her husband declared his conversion by shaving his head and beard in order to take his wife back; later, he denied the conversion and announced that he was coerced to convert. Some of the ‘ulama accused him of blasphemy and ordered his killing. Thus, people have gathered to witness the execution and are causing turmoil. The writer has arrested the man to protect him from execution and asks for guidance on how to settle the matter.

Kulliyat of Tajmah Khanum
Tajmah Khanum wrote this book, composed of three parts. The first part consists of nearly 120 verses. The first poem is a sonnet written by the poet when she was 16 and the last one was written to praise Riza Shah. The second part is more than 20 letters and notes, which are mostly administrative and legal. Other letters were addressed to women who where contemporaries of Tajmah Khanum. The third part of this book is a selection of poems by Persian poets from Rudaki to the Qajar period.
